What are check-in and check-out hours?

Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 11am. These times allow us to ensure thorough cleaning and an optimal welcome for the next guests.

How does the key handover work?

You will receive an email to register on our PassPass app. Once registered, you will be guided by email and SMS to access the apartment — simple and intuitive, from check-in to check-out.

Is parking included?

Our rentals do not include private parking. There are parking spots at approximately 120m, and a supervised paid parking 6 minutes on foot. All practical details are on your apartment's page.

Are towels and linens provided?

Yes, all linens are included — quality sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels. Just unpack and enjoy your Provençal escape.

Is cleaning included?

Yes — professional cleaning is included in the price. Sparkling apartment on arrival; you only worry about creating Avignon memories.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. After that, bookings are final and non-refundable. In return, you get our best direct rates — no platform fees, no third-party commission.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome at Lavande Évasion and Lavande Dorée, with a €24.99 per-stay supplement (extra cleaning + bedding) — just tick the "Pet" option when booking. Pets are not admitted at Cinéma Provence.

Is smoking allowed?

No, our apartments are entirely non-smoking. Enjoy the many terraces and gathering spots Avignon has to offer.

Can I host parties?

No, please respect the apartment and refrain from organizing parties or gatherings. Avignon offers plenty of restaurants, terraces, and festivals.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Of course — invoice available on simple request with all stay details. Perfect for business trips or tax declarations.

Are you reachable during the stay?

Yes, we stay reachable easily. Visit our Contact page to choose your preferred channel: phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Are your apartments accessible for reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, our apartments are not adapted for reduced mobility due to their current configuration (stairs in Avignon's historic buildings).
