Terms and conditions governing short-stay rental sales on damilub-vacances.com.
Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern the sale by damilub-vacances of short-stay nights in furnished apartments in Avignon (Cinéma Provence, Lavande Évasion, and Lavande Dorée).
Article 2 — Prices
All orders are payable in euros. Displayed prices include all taxes, excluding tourist tax where applicable.

- Via partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.)
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card data is never stored on our servers.
Article 5 — Cancellation
- Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancellation 21 days or less before arrival: non-refundable.
Article 6 — Liability
From the moment the tenant takes possession of the premises (entry into the apartment), responsibility for any damage caused is transferred to them for the duration of the stay.
Article 7 — Governing law
The contract language is French. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 8 — Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy. Under GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, and deletion of your data.
