A 4K projector on a giant screen, an immersive sound system, cinema seats and walls lined with acoustic foam: every detail is designed to carry you into your favourite films.

A real favourite! The apartment is ideally located right in the centre of Avignon, steps from the Palais des Papes, the restaurants and the lively lanes. The place is gorgeous: tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and very comfortable — you feel at home straight away. Damien's welcome was flawless: available, accommodating and very attentive to his guests. Thanks to him the stay went smoothly and in a friendly atmosphere. How does check-in work?
Self check-in daily from 4 pm to 10 pm. Our PassPass app guides you automatically by email and SMS to enter the apartment: access code, map, step-by-step instructions. No appointments — arrive whenever suits you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free 100 % refund up to 21 days before arrival. Within 21 days, no refund. In exchange, we offer the best rates on the market: no platform fees, no middlemen — you pay the fair price directly to the owners.
Is cleaning included?
Yes — professional cleaning and hotel-grade linens (sheets, towels, kitchen cloths) are included. Spotless apartment on arrival.
Are towels provided?
Yes, hotel-grade bath towels for every guest plus full bed linen. Travel light.
Is parking included?
Free on-street parking nearby, free after 7 pm, on Sundays and public holidays. During the day, several covered public car parks are within 6 minutes' walk: Parking des Halles, Parking Jean Jaurès Indigo, Parking Saint-Lazare. Tip: Avignon Centre station is 10 minutes' walk — many guests come by train and skip the car altogether.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at Lavande Évasion and Lavande Dorée, with a €24.99 per-stay supplement (extra cleaning + bedding) — just tick the "Pet" option when booking. Small or medium well-behaved dogs; let us know if yours is a large breed. Pets are not admitted at Cinéma Provence.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, our apartments are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and e-cigarettes). The balcony and the street remain available.
Can I host a party?
For your comfort and that of our neighbours, parties and large groups are not allowed. Avignon has plenty of bars, restaurants and terraces to celebrate.
Can I get a business invoice?
Absolutely. Detailed invoice on request with your company name, VAT details and full stay info. Ideal for business trips or expense reports.
Are you reachable during the stay?
Yes — we stay reachable 7 days a week via WhatsApp, phone or email throughout your stay. If anything goes wrong, we respond fast.
Is the apartment wheelchair-accessible?
Unfortunately our apartments are not adapted to wheelchair users (stair access, bathroom not PRM-equipped). We are sorry.
